End of September and the summer is still going on!
The last weekend of the calendar summer of 2024!
Southwestern Poland is flooded. Thousands of people are experiencing the tragedy of their lives!
We, here in the northwestern corner of the country, feel safe, but the images of what the great flood leaves behind when it recedes, do not give us peace and the scale of the disaster terrifies us.
The summer goes on. Temperatures above 23 - 24ºC are completely unusual for our climate zone. Shall we draw any conclusions for the future?
"There is nothing to worry about, the earth is flat, and there are and will be no global changes! Prayers to Mary will be enough instead od all actions!"
This is also how you can reason, forgetting about the future of generations!
To break away for a moment from pondering "What will it be, what will it be...", we chose the seaside, which was encouraged by the wonderful weather with a cloudless sky.
We start from Pobierowo.
We are here, the three of us, with Adka's mum, giving her a break from everyday household and home matters.
Pobierowo (until 1945 German Poberow) – a village, a seaside resort with a seaside bathing area in northwestern Poland, located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in Gryfice County, in the Rewal commune.
