Sunday in Suva
First some information:
Suva is the capital and the second largest city of Fiji. It is located on the southeast coast of the island of Viti Levu. In 1877, it was decided to make Suva the capital of Fiji. At the 2007 census the city of Suva had a population of 86,100. It's a seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese.
On Saturday evening we managed to have a walk between the rainfalls and do some shopping in order not to dry out of boredom on Sunday when everything would be closed.
And we were right! On Sunday, although it wasn't raining, the streets of Suva were desolated and absolutely everything was closed down. Boring.
We are cheering up ourselves with what we had bought on Saturday...
On Monday we will consider some excursions on the island.
Hope you keep fully enjoying !!!!
Love from Buenos Aires
Gaby.
