9.b. Floating town
Today there are two entries.
b.
Friday afternoon
After lunch, still by the same tuk-tuk, we went 40 km (!) to the floating town of Kompong Luong.
This fishing village offers its inhabitants full infrastructure: stores, workshops, karaoke bars, and for sure, some other entertainment.
We got a strong impression of the exotic and a little bit of disgust due to scattered waste along the road leading there.
We did our best to be discreet and not to take photos which the inhabitants themselves wouldn't like us to take.
Have a look at our sub-page Maps. We are there!
Enjoy Siemens Reap.
