On 30th of January I wrote about our visit in La Honda, at our Russian friends'. We are here again, so I take the oportunity to write more about Nadia.
First a passionate then an educated painter she, in the meantime, got her phd at the University of Arizona in physics, in atmpspheric science.
Nadia considers herself as painter from the school of a famous Skt Petersburg's painter - Anatolij Zaslawski.
Nadia is artistically successful, and now she teaches drowing and painting in Palo Alto.
In our apartment in Szczecin we have some paintings by Nadia.
In the beautiful surroundings of the La Honda residence, Adek and I are working on our computers and Nadia is painting...
I've attached some portraits by Nadia. She, as any other artists, hates to be clearly classified. To my persistent asking, she answered that her portraits could be classified as belonging to expressionism .
