A cultural event in Szczecin

This time it's not going to be a travel report. It’s going to be a report from a cultural event in Szczecin worth placing on our blog.

We visit many museums and galleries around the world, so we can't forget our own artists!

A graduate of the Art Secondary School in Szczecin* - Łukasz - using the pseudonym Lucas Lucaprio - took advantage of the courtesy of numerous sponsors and organized an exhibition of his paintings from the last period.

His school and the investor of the tenement house adjacent to the school at Kurkowa Street reached an agreement and provided Łukasz with a beautiful yard and garden space, which belongs to these owners.

Łukasz's vernissage was held on the day of the inauguration of this tenement house and the common space with the school.

The main sponsor was the company Polmotors KIA, a number of other companies and the President of the City of Szczecin.

The closed event was to gather potential sponsors' clients and, of course, to support the sale of the Artist's paintings.

To give the celebration a special character, the invitation stated the "dress code", which is what outfits are required for that evening.

"ROYAL ASCOT" it was.

* The Secondary School of Arts in Szczecin is located in a beautiful historic tenement house - Willa Loitzów on Kurkowa Street.
