Last weekend at Jadranówka
Nature creates wonders! Not people !!
For me, one of the wonders of nature is a bird's feather. Even the most ordinary one - sparrow or pigeon.
Every time I find a lost pen, I watch it with delight.
Structure of a feather: 1 - flag, 2 - stack, 3 - rays, 4 - parachute, 5 - quill
Our birds fed for years in "Jadranówka" often leave a trace of their presence at karmikach (from the word feed, not feed).
The last days and the last evening meals with good wines (with vodka too!) Will remain in our memory for a long time. Especially that these last days of August are extremely hot and the nights are surprisingly warm.
A recipe for a fantastic zucchini grandmother by Marcin:
3 medium grated courgettes, 1 1/2 cup coarsely grated carrots, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 large grated onion, 250 g of grated champinions. Season, set aside, squeeze the juice, ¾ cup dry semolina, 4 yolks and whipped egg whites.
Bake in a mold for 1 - 1.20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sauce: Dissolve a large camembert with reach cream and 1 tablespoon of butter, to form a homogeneous mass.
ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
