And so, after almost twenty years we have to say goodbye to our home - "Jadranówka"* in Wisełka.
It is time to make a decision and introduce some changes in our lives.
Coming back from Cambodia, earlier than planned, gave us two years more in Poland. Exactly. How to use this time?
Until now, we have spent all free weekends and vacation days here - at the seaside. "Jadranówka" always won the competition with other forms of spending time.
Over the years, we've been building, expanding, improving, enlarging or repairing. It was weeks, days and hours of work, not only during the season months. Several members of our families and friends had a share in those activities. We are grateful for their help.
Now we have decided to change our lives a little. Instead of the tiring commuting (over 100 km one way) to the place of rest, we will choose other forms of entertainment.
There will probably be cultural events in Szczecin or social gatherings and possibly longer trips to Poland.
If only the political aura improves, we will be happy to tour (or fly over) our country.
I will write sparingly about what will be happening in the coming weeks to present the final effect of the planned changes, at the end of October.
And before that happens, I invite you to my blog for cycling trips, a short visit to Wrocław, events in Szczecin and visiting New York!
I hope that we will provide you with a lot of impressions as we will be there for two weeks from September 23rd.
*Jadranówka is an acronym derived from our names. Although it should be: Jadrianówka. The name was created as a result of a competition during one of the first parties (about 30 participants).
