Lifting has many functions and meanings.
Here's what Wikipedia writes:
"Face lifting, facelift – (retouch) modernization of the car model based only on cosmetic changes in the appearance of the body and interior.
Face lifting or Rhytidectomy - this is a surgical procedure involving stretching the skin by removing its excess."
And no one gave a definition of face lifting or garden lifting!
And today, without paying attention to the 30-degree heat, we have retouched (only) our garden.
