The garden - nearly a botanic one
Our garden annexed in the urban space (something like an unused pavement), pleases our eyes with greenery covering the car workshop. And at the beginning it was really ugly!
The former trash and debris turned out to be a difficult ground for plants. But somehow they managed and at least with effort, but some specimens bloomed.
Respect for public greenery is rarely met here, so our garden sometimes serves as a city toilet for men and ladies (!!). It's probably nice to hide in a well-tended thicket.
And our neighbour - the hotel owner - took offense at me for not letting him shorten the way through our garden. He shouted - This is a public street!!
Our sweet and sour stew with mun mushrooms quickly found its customers and I had to make another portion, with slightly different ingredients:
The mun mushrooms, fried onion (a lot), crushed garlic (a lot), fresh parsley (a lot), basic spices, chili powder and mozzarella cheese (a lot). At the end, thick cream.
A Hungarian friend asked for this dish, not with rice but with Silesian dumplings. SUCCESS!
Jak pięknie to danie zostało popieprzone !
Na zapleczu wszystkie potrawy czują dreszczyk,
Gdy na nie spada obfity pieprzu deszczyk !
i przyznaję - też się tym bawię.
Bardzo serdecznie Panią pozdrawiam.
