After the last night rain, it seemed that during the dry season it should not be raining during the day.
However, our Kampot decided to cry too, and in the afternoon it was raining quite heavily. For two hours the city was deserted. And we were surfing in the Internet and going through events in the country.
As entertainment, I was busy preparing a dish which I named mun mushroom stew. Despite the lack of experience with the product, the end result was quite satisfactory.
As the colour of the dish is quite gloomy, I brightened it up with rice hearts.
The stew contains: mun mushrooms, onions (a lot), garlic (a lot), fresh coriander (a lot) and sweet-sour-spicy condiments: wine vinegar, cane sugar and chili (up to taste).
It turns out that working in the kitchen helps to distract heavy thoughts.
