Time for lunch

I recomment those who are bored reading about our culinary actions and descriptions of our kitchen activities to stop now and turn off the phone / computer.

Again, it will be about food because The Chameleon’s life has all been about food since the moment it was opened.

In search of attractive proposals for lunch, I came up with a set of three sandwiches: a thickly spread hummus (homemade) on white bread toast (2) and wholemeal bread (1) from the Belgian bakery; on one a poached egg, on the other fleshy pieces of avocado, and on the third one a chunk of blue cheese.

I prepared this set as a test; we took pictures and ... ate them all in no time.

Customers are not lining up at our door, though...
