In Kampot, for a longer time

Kampot. Kampot. Kampot!

That was our choice. It happened to be the place on earth!

After two days of touring the city, looking at dozens of places to rent, with the help of the indispensable Sophea (read: Sopeea), who is my Khmer adviser, I made the decision: together with Adek we rented a house for a little longer time.

The house – a terraced house - a typical building type in the cities of Cambodia, distinguished itself by very good technical condition both inside and outside. It is far, believe me, very far (into the positive) form everything I've seen before. And the rental price is also extremely beneficial (for us).

A bit of work, and with our own ideas (and we do not lack them) and we will set up in Kampot for 6 - 7 months each year. That is during the European winter.

What do you say?

Tomorrow, ie. on Thursday, we are going to Kampot again (today we came back to Takeo) to sign a lease agreement. With a little paper trouble we will manage with everything on time.

The owner is a charming, full of class Khmer lady, who unfortunately does not speak English, but we agreed and a handshake and confirmed the willingness to close the case.

Besides us, her lady friends were playing cards for money!

So another Polish winter in Cambodia!
