Lake Inle 2
2. Working on Inle Lake
The lake provides a living to hundreds of thousands inhabitans of central-eastern Myanmar.
First, we would like to show what their work looks like, however spectacular in the pictures, hard to all the people who have no access to contemporary technology. Wrong, technology is too big for the word. They work using methods form the 19th century.
Why is this happenning in the 20th century?
Mr Thun Thun took us around the lake and showed us some of the lake "users" at work. He himself is one of them working for the boat owner and boating curious tourists around.
