"The construction which began Sept. 21, 2004, ended on 16 August 2009. The height of the building is 829 meters and reached its height on 17 January 2009. The building has 163 floors of utility. The official opening of the building was on 4 January 2010, and the construction cost was $ 1.5 billion.
On September 13, 2007 it has become the highest freestanding structure (title picked up the CN Tower, being situated in Canada, meassuring 553.33 meters high).
On July 21, 2007 it became the highest skyscraper in the world.
