Off to Burma!
Don Mueang is the second airport of Bangkok, which currently handles domestic flights, an aggressive on the market low-cost airline AirAsia and a few others – local ones.
We chose Nok Air, the Thai airline recently flying outside Thailand as well. Nok - means bird in Thai. The line has got beautifully painted aircrafts and beautiful attendants on board. The rest is a standard for low cost airlines.
We arrived in Yangon on time. After checking in the hotel we found out that we still had some time for a welcome drink in Burma.
Our Central Hotel is adjacent to the Yangon’s most famous multistar: the Traders Hotel, so we let us be the welcome cocktails there (on ourselves, unfortunately).
