Muslim Temple Mount

In the centre of Temple Mount, the holiest site of Islam, there is a mosque the Dome of the Rock. It is the third most revered place in the world for Muslims, after Mecca and Medina.

Unfortunately, Temple Mount, still remains a very politically sensitive place where there are often riots between Muslims and Jews.

As a result, the time of stay in the square is limited, and even the access itself to it is difficult.

After an hour and a half of waiting in line at the entrance to the square where there also is the Al-Aqsa mosque, it turned out that tourists were not allowed to enter any of the mosques. Apparently, the agreement between the governments of Israel and Jordan got broken off. Jordan is in charge of the Muslim Temple Mount.
