3. Sunday in the capital
How food it is to have frinds in the cities we visit!
Thanks to them we know what is going on in the capital and what is worth attanding at.
Today it was a concert, in the grat Lumpini park. The Bangkok symphony orchesta give 6 annual Sunday concerts. It's all kind of music from classical to musial and film hits. Afgain I must say that the pictures tell more and better than the words.
It was the best way for us of getting rid of the jet-lag. Please turn on the music yourselves - you can start with Bach and Mozart and finnish off with the Andrea Bocelli hits - "Time to say good-bye" - for example.
I would like to return to Bangkok and experience Lumpini park. I recall the best part of our trip to northern Thailand was the interaction with the Thais. They are such fun-loving people and accept all types of genders. Perhaps it is the Buddhist philosophy - I follow my path and I accept that you follow yours.
