Česky Film
Coming back well after midnight from Żeromski Park, we stopped by
Česky Film pub to have a beer, because the queues for food trucks in the park were unbearably long.
I cannot omit this element of our walk around Szczecin on the occasion of the Illumination Szczecin festival, because this iconic place deserves a few words.
As the owners write:
We didn't know what to choose - a cinema or a restaurant, so we opened both at once. Good beer, good cinema.
“Czech Film is a combination of a pub and a cinema hall. Visitors can sit on comfortable armchairs from a real cinema and watch various films on the big screen, of course with a good beer in hand. There are six rotating draft beers from Czech and Polish craft breweries, 40 different bottled beers, non-alcoholic drinks, with snacks such as toast, cheese, sausages, patties.”
And the movie of the day is shown on the screen "non-stop".
Nobody minds combining a pub with a cinema, because everyone can do what they want here, i.e. watch a movie, talk, drink beer ...
Everyone who visits our city should spend some time in Český Film and feel this extremely casual and at the same time relaxing atmosphere.
It was a very successful end to a night walk around the city on the occasion of Illumination.
